Filing Process
 Incorporate in New York - Form a LLC in NY - NY Incorporation Service
  Once you submit your application for processing our system will perform a name search on your submitted choices and provide status updates via email during the approval process.  Upon approval, your official documents will be shipped to you via USPS Priority Mail.

3. Print Confirmation

 
  1.  Fill in the Corporation or LLC request form.
  2.  Double check the form for errors and submit it for processing & payment.
  3.  Print or Save your request confirmation.  You will receive e-mail updates throughout the filing process.

  All requests are processed through our
secure server.  Most requests can be cancelled before noon (eastern
  standard time) the day after your filing was submitted for processing. Once your filing has been processed
  you can not cancel your request. 
 
  All correspondence will be shipped via e-mail and/or US Mail.
